Ruby Package - Starting from £999 - For those who have done it all and just need me to run the day to perfection. The very least you should have is the best day with no interruptions - let your coordinator take care of it.
What’s Included:
• 9am-9pm coordination coverage
• Initial consultation
• Zoom call week commencing the wedding date
• Full coordination of the day
What We Require:
• Supplier contact numbers and details
• Running order of the day and schedule
Emerald Package - Starting from £1,799 - For those who want to strike the perfect balance between hands-on planning and professional support.
What’s Included:
• 3 zoom calls
• Liaising timings with all suppliers, vendors and venue
• Couple WhatsApp group with open line of communication
• Putting together the timings and order of the day
• 1 site visit
• 2 coordinators on the day if required
Sapphire Package - Starting from £2,599 - For those wanting comprehensive support and guidance throughout the planning process.
What’s Included:
• Unlimited zoom calls and site visits
• Complete organisation of suppliers, vendors and venue
• Handling of RSVPs if required
• Access to my full supplier directory
• Key moment announcements (call to seats, cake cut, first dance) if required
• Be by your side through everything
• 2 coordinators on the day if required
Diamond Package - Starting from £4,999
The complete package - everything left in my hands from start to finish.
What’s Included:
• I will source the venue, suppliers, and vendors from start to finish
• Complete end-to-end wedding planning and coordination
• Everything included from all other packages
