Plan + Plate combines wedding planning with specialist food and menu consultancy, helping couples create celebrations that feel personal, organised and completely their own. With particular experience in Indian, Punjabi and fusion weddings, I can support everything from suppliers and venues to menus, tastings and on-the-day coordination.

Food is a particularly important part of what makes Plan + Plate different. I understand that a great wedding menu is about much more than simply choosing dishes. It is about making sure the food works for your guests, your timings, your venue and the overall experience you want to create.

That might mean helping you compare caterers, reviewing quotes, planning a menu, attending tastings, thinking through live stations, making sure dietary requirements are covered or helping you understand how hundreds of guests will actually be served efficiently on the day.

The same approach applies to the wider wedding. I’ll help you make confident decisions, keep the details organised and make sure the different parts of your celebration work together.

My style is personal, practical and flexible. I don’t believe every couple needs the same package, so I start by understanding what matters most to you and where you genuinely need support.

Some couples come to me at the very beginning. Others already have their venue, caterer or suppliers in place and simply need guidance with certain parts of the journey.

Based in Leeds, I work with couples across Yorkshire and beyond.
