Everything You Need For A Beautiful Bicester Wedding

If you didn't feel quite up to trekking out in the windy weather on Sunday and missed our wedding fair at Bicester Hotel, don't worry, here's everything you need to know about! From wedding dresses to caricatures, we had a range of suppliers offering tips and advice to our lovely couples.

Alan Simpson Ink -  Caricatures

Perhaps the most interesting stall we had at our wedding fair this Sunday was Alan Simpson Caricatures. As long as your guests have a good sense of humour, this form of wedding entertainment will be a massive hit. We can tell that everyone loved receiving a caricature by Alan since there were lots of giggles coming from his corner of the room!

Allerston Taylor and Regency Carriages

With their stunning collection of 16 wedding cars, Allerston Taylor and Regency Carriages can really offer a bespoke service for your special day. They brought one of their gorgeous Daimlers to the fair for all to admire as they entered the wedding fair.

Bicester Hotel Golf and Spa

The venue of our wedding fair, this stunning hotel is located within 100 acres of Oxfordshire countryside and can cater for up to 150 wedding guests. The friendly staff made us feel so welcome, and helped guests with booking their weddings at Bicester Hotel. 

British Classic Car Hire 

Also showcasing one of their stunning cars outside the venue, British Classic Car Hire goes the extra mile to ensure that your day will be perfect. Each of their beautiful cars are fully prepared and valeted for every wedding, and can be dressed in ribbons and bows of your colour choice.

Deans Events

Deans Events completely transformed the main reception room at Bicester Hotel using chair covers, table decorations, full room draping and much more. His turquoise colour scheme looked absolutely exquisite and really showed the potential for your dream wedding at this beautiful venue.

Freezeframe Photobooths

If you and your guests want to get some fun (and perhaps slightly tipsy) photos at your wedding, then Freezeframe photobooths are the perfect option. With their selection of photobooths, mirror booths, selfie pods, uplighting and dance floors, Freezeframe Photobooths will keep guests of all ages entertained. 

Glasspool Photographic 

Offering affordable wedding photography in Oxfordshire, the Cotswolds and London, Glasspool Photographic is a fabulous option if you're looking for an experienced photographer. What's more, Glasspool Photographic offer a free 1 hour, no-obligation introduction meeting. So, if you missed them at the wedding fair then you still have a chance to discuss your requirements for free.

Lucianos Suits

Lucianos Suits are a must have for any grooms who want to look dapper on their wedding day. Specialising in Italian Style men's clothing, Lucianos Suits had a range of mannequins dressed up to show off some of their best pieces. They also provide accessories such as ties, bowties, cufflinks and pocket squares. 

On Cloud Nine Stationery

With one of the most intricate setups, On Cloud Nine Stationery offer a bespoke design service in which you can personalise one of their stunning designs or design your own entirely. Their beautiful products include save the dates, invitations, menus and thank you cards.

Rasha Kashou Couture

If you're looking for a sophisticated, elegant wedding dress then Rasha Kashou is your go-to. Whilst you can have a custom dress designed, the gowns we saw yesterday were absolutely gorgeous and definitely so flattering for any body type! Rasha also provides the unique service of skin tonal matching for illusion tulle/lining fabrics and can cater for all skin tones.

Sam and Steve Photography

Another experienced photography company, Bicester based Sam and Steve have captured over 350 weddings! Their shots include some really beautiful moments in which they make sure that they are working in the background, listening and observing, and using their small, non-intimating cameras to tell the story of your day.

The Daisy Chain

We were blown away by the stunning display created by The Daisy Chain. If you want beautiful florals at your Bicester wedding then this amazing team of florists will definitely do the job. They also offer a helpful moving service meaning they can move flowers from your church or ceremony venue to your evening or reception venue.

Video Studio Alex

Offering high quality cinematic wedding films, Video Studio Alex will capture the essence of your wedding in a film you can cherish forever. They offer a relaxed and unobtrusive style of both wedding videography & wedding photography for your big day. 

21 Dresses

We adored the stunning gowns brought to the fair by 21 dresses, especially since there were a range of different styles. With an exquisite collection of bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses and prom dresses, there will definitely be a style that you'll fall in love with. 

Anelli Diamonds

Anelli offer some seriously stunning jewellery at a very competitive price. If you missed the chance to try on your perfect ring at our wedding fair, you can still receive a bespoke service and first-class experience when you book an appointment, but this time all in the comfort of your own home! 

Fiona Arscott-Smith Celebrant

Fiona Arscott-Smith offers unique ceremonies for your wedding within her role as a celebrant. We were intrigued by the various symbolic ceremonies that can take place at weddings, such as sand unity, drinks unity, handfasting and a wishing jar ceremony. These romantic touches will make your ceremony so intimate and special. 

Lauren Cohen Hair and Makeup Artist

Whether you want a natural look or full glam, Lauren Cohen will have you looking breathtaking on your big day! Whilst she showcased some of her amazing hair and makeup looks yesterday, you can still check them out on her Instagram page.

Unfortunately, two of our suppliers, David Roger Sharp Jewellers and Flour to Flowers, were unable to attend yesterday. However, they are also amazing suppliers for a Bicester wedding so definitely check them out too!
