On the 28th July 2022, Stacey and Joe shared the first photos of their wedding day. Stacey shared seven professional images taken by wedding photographer, Chelsea White. They depict the couple looking so in love on their big day, holding hands and enjoying their intimate wedding day at Pickle Cottage.

Loose Woman and X Factor legend, Stacey Solomon, married her long time partner Joe Swash, on the 24th of July 2022. From their beautiful Christmas Eve engagement in 2020 to Stacey's overseas hen do, Stacey has been pretty open about this very exciting time for their family. Here is everything we know about this I'm a Celeb couple's wedding.
Stacey's Loose Women co-stars announced the wedding had taken place and sent well wishes to the couple at the beginning of their show on Monday 25th July.
Who is Stacey Solomon's Husband?
Stacey Solomon has married her long-term partner and father to two of her children, Joe Swash. Joe is a TV personality from Essex and previously appeared on the popular BBC soap, EastEnders. The couple met on the ITV show, I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here! and their jungle romance bloomed on our TV screens. Stacey has revealed that her married name will be Mrs Stacey Solomon-Swash!

When did Stacey Solomon get engaged?
Stacey's now husband, Joe Swash, got down on one knee during a Christmas Eve family walk in the woods across the road from their house. Joe had planned a beautiful white floral arrangement to be set up where he popped the question. Stacey's glittering ring contains two Australian Opals, the reason behind this is so sweet! Opals are Stacey's birthstone and Australia is where the couple first met in the I'm a Celebrity Jungle.
In the week leading up to her big day Stacey shared that she had updated the band from silver to gold to match the rest of her jewellery. She also had some of the stones moved around to make it more dainty for her finger.
Where did Stacey Solomon get married?
Joe Swash and Stacey Solomon decided that their wedding would be held at their beautiful family home 'Pickle Cottage' in Essex. Stacey reportedly walked down the aisle under a beautiful arch feature that is in the gardens of their cottage and their nearest and dearest sat and ate their wedding breakfast under their stunning barn setting on the grounds.
The couple shared their decoration ahead of the event including adding white flowers to lamp posts and the door. They also added pink flowers near their pool since Stacey was inspired by the beautiful flowering bougainvillea trees whilst on her Hen Do in Mykonos.
Stacey confirmed to her Instagram followers that she was able to have the wedding at home because she and Joe chose to have a blessing in front of their wedding guests rather than the legally binding ceremony. She explained to her Instagram followers that in order for her to get a marriage license for her home, the premises needed to be readily available for wedding ceremonies.
She said "As this is our private family home and we need it to remain that way we couldn't go for that option. So we are having a relaxed, private blessing in front of our closest friends and family and a ceremony of our love to each other." She confirmed that they will legally register their marriage soon after.

Anyone who follows Stacey on social media or watches her on TV will know that she is the queen of DIY. She has regularly posted about her DIY home renovation efforts since moving in to 'Pickle Cottage' with Joe Swash and her children in 2021. She is certainly proving to be DIY Bride of everyone's dreams... we'd certainly love to see her wedding inspo board on Pinterest!
On the 25th July, Stacey shared a Reel on Instagram showcasing the gorgeous rustic barn reception for their weddings. Complete with beautiful foliage, festoon lighting and white flowers; effortlessly beautiful and so on trend!

The tressel tables and clean white chairs were gifted to her by IKEA along with several other decor pieces. Stacey plans to donate these tables and chairs to charities that can supply them to people in need after the event. On Friday 29th July, Stacey posted about how she had donated several pieces that were gifted to her to charities such as Bernardo's and asked followers for charity recommendations for the furniture.

Stacey's florals were artificial and, as she stated in an Instagram post, acted as a "something borrowed". Emily-Louise Flowers lent her some of her white roses and eucalyptus which made for a gorgeously simple colour combination that still had a wow-factor!
While Stacey loves fejkas she did have real flowers in her bouquet! She shared that she wished they could stay fresh forever but true to her style she is hoping to preserve them by drying them flat and then framing them. Her bouquet echoed the other florals we have seen with beautiful white roses and plenty of greenery! Stacey's fresh flowers were by Elisha's Floral Design. A heartwarming tribute
When Stacey posted the first look photos on her Instagram, she left a beautiful message encouraging donations to grief support charities for children.
"Joe lost his father at the age of 11 and so did my dad. A huge part of our wedding day was reflecting on how this had a huge effect on them and how hard it is, even to this day to deal with.

We have copyrighted all these photos. We ask for all media who wish to use them on their own platforms to lawfully do the right thing by asking permission from the photographer. They will in turn give permission for them to be used as long as the media outlets using them make a donation to a charity that supports bereaved children."
These memories are so special to us and it would mean the absolute world to us if they made a difference to children growing up with the loss and heartache that my father and my husband did. Thank you for respecting our wishes"

What did Stacey Solomon wear on her wedding day?
Stacey wore a stunning off-white wedding gown with beautiful detailing on the bodice and a-line skirt. Her cathedral length veil can be seen gracefully floating in the breeze in the sixth photo on her Instagram post. Joe looked super suave in his navy blue, three piece suit complete with crisp white shirt and sage green bow tie.

Stacey recently admitted to feeling nervous and self-conscious when thinking about trying on wedding dresses (relatable!!) despite being excited about the whole event. She therefore decided to try on some dresses at home and Verona Bridal travelled to see her and help her pick out her dream dress.
Stacey later admitted that her sister then visited and the pair got emotional imagining the magical day. The images she shared showed beautiful A-line dresses with sheer tops and ethereal tulle skirts. She clearly had a vision in mind!

Stacey also posted on the 21st of July showing off her wedding shoes and how she had personalised them herself. She also showed the shoes that her toddler, Rose, would be wearing and how she was personalising them in a similar way for the big day. Plus, Rose's dress was made from the off cuts of Stacey's own wedding gown... We're not crying, you are!!

What did Stacey Solomon do for her wedding hair and makeup look?
Stacey went for a curly, boho look that accentuated her gorgeous golden locks. For her make-up, she opted for a natural look with a soft-glam eye palette and long lashes. She completed the style with a beautiful white and gold headpiece.

Prior to the wedding, Stacey revealed that she dyed her hair back to her more natural colour for the big day. Although Stacey admitted it had been a long process to get it back to this softer colour she said that she had always envisioned herself looking this way for her wedding.

How did Stacey have her nails for her wedding day?
Stacey unveiled her bridal nails at the same time as her updated engagement ring! The manicure accentuates her stunning ring as the nail on her ring finger has a pink base with white detailing whereas the rest are a simple pearly white. Stacey has joked in the past that her DIY obsession often results in her nails breaking or being covered in paint but hopefully she managed to keep them pristine for her big day!

Who were Stacey's bridesmaids and what did they wear?
Stacey Solomon recently updated her followers with pictures of her bridesmaids on her big day! She had eight bridesmaids including her sister, Joe's two sisters, celebrity makeup artist Penelope Ryan and social media influencer, Mrs Hinch! Penelope did Stacey's wedding makeup and Stacey and Sophie Hinchliffe have been close friends for a long time!
Recently, Stacey announced the launch of her brand new occasion wear collection with In The Style. She gave a big clue to what her bridesmaids may be wearing on her big day! She modelled a gorgeous red wrap dress on her stories and said it was "very similar" to the dresses she had chosen for her bridesmaids to wear. We now know that the wrap style is one of the styles that her bridesmaids had for the day with four of her bridesmaids wearing this style. Rather than the red coloured dress that she modelled for the collection, the dresses were a pale green mint colour, matching the rest of colour palette that we have seen of the day.
The other four bridesmaids wore a different style dresses. These were a slightly different hue, and featured thin straps as well as off-the-shoulder detailing which flowed seamlessly with Stacey's dress. Recently, Stacey shared that she designed the dresses and created them with In the Style however the actual dresses are not part of a campaign, just a special touch! Stacey's bridesmaids also wore the same gold necklace with what appears to be a heart charm! We imagine these were a gift from Stacey which is such as sweet gesture!
Stacey also had some adorable flower girls at her wedding! While we know her daughter Rose wore a dress similar to Stacey's the other flower girls wore sage green dresses with ruffled tulle skirts.

Stacey's sister Jemma was her Maid of Honour and it seemed she helped a huge amount with the organisation of the event which is lovely! Jemma posted a clip of some of the items she bought for each of the bridesmaids to help them get ready on the magical day!

Who were Stacey and Joe's Best Men?
Stacey was famously surrounded by sons until she had her daughter last year and therefore she wanted to make them a central role for her big day. She has three sons, one of which she shares with Joe and Joe also has a son from a previous relationship. Stacey had her first son Zachary early on in her life and shared how special it was to have him walk down the aisle with her, since holding his hand at other monumental life occasions had given her strength. Her sons Zachary and Leighton wore very similar outfits to Joe, navy suits with a white rose button hole and sage green bowtie while Joe's son Harry exchanged the bowtie for a classic sage tie. Stacey and Joe's shared son Rex, who is younger than the others, wore adorable sage shorts with a white short-sleeved shirt and navy suspenders as well as matching green bowtie and sandals! Stacey shared to her Instagram that their boys gave speeches on the special day which we are were beautifully given. We absolutely love this picture of the boys together that Stacey shared to her Instagram, it's so cute!
The family dogs also joined in with the theme and they both wore sage bowties! Just look at this adorable image of them!

Who was invited to Stacey Solomon and Joe Swash's Wedding?
Stacey's shared prior to the big day that her four children and two dogs would be part of her wedding and that her father was going to walk her down the aisle. Stacey announced on her stories on Friday the 29th of July that her sons made speeches. Celebrity guests including: Sophie Hinchcliffe (Mrs Hinch), Rob Beckett, Leigh Francis (aka Keith Lemon) and Loose Women stars Ruth Langsford and Linda Robson are also rumoured to have been in attendance. More recently, Stacey shared images from her gorgeous vintage car photobooth by Mega Booth with a seat and floral arrangements. There also seemed to be a white backdrop for standing photographs with traditional signs and props. Stacey joked on her stories that her dog Peanut was in almost every picture, take a look of some of the snaps she shared below!

These photobooths made up for the strict no phone rule that was imposed on the big day so that the couple's house could be kept private as well as giving the guests a chance to fully enjoy the day rather than worrying about what pictures and videos to take!
What entertainment did Stacey and Joe have at their wedding?
While there have been different rumours surrounding the music at the wedding, from reports of a garage DJ and karaoke to TOWIE favourite James Argent's band performing for the couple, no actual footage has been released. Stacey walked down the aisle to a live performance of Can't Help Falling in Love by Elvis that was performed by Amber Leigh Irish, who Stacey has been a fan of for a long time. The couple's first dance was to My Love is Your Love by Whitney Houston; a song that could be straight out of your favourite rom-com! It was an acoustic cover performed by one of Stacey's friends James Grant (who used to DJ at the bar she worked at) as well as up and coming artist Kara Marni. This performance was a surprise for Stacey and Joe as it was all arranged by Stacey's sister Jemma. James also hosted the speeches and operated the sound on the special day!
Stacey did reveal that she had created some activity packs for the children at the wedding which contained amongst other things a teddy bear, crayons, slime and some snacks to keep the little ones entertained. Stacey stayed true to herself and used this as an opportunity to support small businesses. Stacey also shared some sparklers for the guests to use to 'light the way for the newlyweds'.

Not only did the children have these activity packs but there was also a soft play frame which not only looked incredibly fun but also looked super stylish which was perfect for this wedding! Stacey's sister organised this and again supported a small business, the toddler town company!

What food was there to eat at Stacey and Joe's Wedding?
While we are yet to find out what the newlyweds and their guests ate as a main meal on the magical day, Stacey did share an image of the cake! This cake was created by Sweet Nellys who Stacey has used in the past for birthdays and other celebrations. This gorgeous, simple design gives a rustic feel which echos the other images we have seen so far! There are some subtle hints of gold as well as some stunning white roses. We do not know the exact flavours inside but during the at home tasting Stacey and Joe's baby Rose seemed to enjoy the Victoria's Sponge the most!

Stacey also shared to her stories that there was a sweet treat cart on her big day! Stacey and her sister Jemma have used this supplier, JB Treat Carts in the past for their children's birthdays as well as Stacey's Baby Shower for her daughter! They seem to love it! Stacey mentioned slushies, candy floss and waffles which sounds divine! Her son Rex definitely seemed to enjoy it!

Where did Stacey Solomon go for her Hen Do?
Stacey Solomon and her bride tribe headed to Mykonos in Greece for her destination bachelorette bash! It looks like she and her girls had a laugh on the way to Mykonos as she was dressed up as a pickle!
Along with relaxing poolside, Stacey and her friends spent some time on a boat in the Mediterranean Sea and looked like they had fun snorkelling!
Where are Stacey and Joe going for their Honeymoon?
Since Stacey and Joe both went abroad for their respective hen and stag do's they chose not to jet off to an exotic location for their honeymoon and are instead staying at home! The couple have referred to this as their "homeymoon' which we think is amazing! Stacey explained on her Instagram stories that since her and Joe often work away, they hadn't spent many summer holidays at home with their children. Therefore this school holiday, they have dedicated their time to staying at home and have rescheduled any work commitments. Stacey has shared videos of her and her children playing hide and seek as well as peekaboo with her younger children that caused some adorable giggles and many happy memories we are sure! The couple also had a date night to go and see Simply Red a soul/ pop band that Joe used to listen to with his parents as a child.
