Terms and conditions
1. Booking and Reservation Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee of 20 is required to secure your date. This fee covers pre-wedding consultations and the administrative costs of reserving our team. Confirmation: Your date is not officially reserved until both the booking fee is paid and the contract is signed. 2. The Team & Photographer Assignment Team Model: As we operate as a professional team of 5+ photographers, fotomania reserves the right to assign specific lead and second photographers based on availability and the package selected. Consistency: All team members are trained in our signature style to ensure the quality of work remains consistent with our portfolio. Substitution: In the unlikely event of illness or an emergency involving an assigned photographer, we will provide a qualified replacement from our team of professionals at no extra cost. 3. Payments Balance Due: The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 07 days before the wedding date. Late Payments: Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of services and forfeiture of the booking fee. 4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Cancellation by Client: Cancellations must be made in writing. If cancelled within 1 month of the wedding, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total balance may apply. Rescheduling: If you change your date, we will do our best to accommodate the new date subject to team availability. A rescheduling fee may apply.

I am based in London but I love a good adventure! I am happy to travel throughout the UK and internationally for destination weddings. For local weddings within a 100-mile radius, travel is typically included in my standard packages.
For weddings within 100 miles of my home base, there are no travel fees. For locations further afield or overseas, I charge a modest fee to cover fuel or transport and, if necessary, overnight accommodation. I always provide a clear, all-inclusive quote upfront so there are no surprises later.
I offer a range of packages designed to fit different wedding styles, typically ranging from Full Day Coverage (pre-ceremony through to the first dance) to Half Day/Intimate Wedding options. Most packages include a pre-wedding consultation, a private online gallery, and high-resolution edited images. I also offer beautiful bespoke wedding albums as an optional add-on.
My wedding collections begin at £599 I believe every wedding is unique, so if you are planning something a little different like a weekday elopement or a multi-day celebration please get in touch for a custom quote tailored to your specific plans.
I know how excited you’ll be to see your photos! I usually send over a 'sneak peek' selection within 48 hours so you can share them with friends and family. Your full, professionally edited gallery will be ready within 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the season.
Quality always comes before quantity, but for a typical full-day wedding, you can expect to receive between 700 and 900 uniquely edited, high-resolution images. Every photo is individually curated and edited in my signature style to ensure your story is told perfectly."
