About WedSnap
WedSnap helps couples collect the photos and videos their wedding guests are already taking. Guests scan a QR code and upload straight from their phone browser, with no app or guest account needed. Everything is collected in one private gallery for the couple. Created by Hampshire wedding photographer Andy Hornby, WedSnap costs £29.99 as a one-off payment and includes a printable QR code poster.
WedSnap was built to solve a problem I've seen at weddings for years: guests take hundreds of brilliant photos and videos, but so many of them never actually reach the couple.
The idea is simple. You create your WedSnap gallery and receive a unique wedding QR code and printable poster. Put the QR code somewhere your guests will see it and they can scan it with their phone, choose the photos or short videos they want to send, and upload them through their normal browser.
There is no app for guests to download and no guest account to create.
Guest uploads are kept separate from the couple's private gallery. Your guests contribute their memories, while the full collection remains available to you through your own secure account.
WedSnap is not designed to replace your wedding photographer. I'm a wedding photographer myself and have photographed weddings since 2008. Professional photographs and guest photos capture completely different parts of a wedding day. WedSnap simply helps you collect the candid moments, reactions and little stories your friends and family see from where they are.
The complete service costs £29.99 as a one-off payment. That includes your private wedding gallery, guest upload page, unique QR code, printable QR poster, photo and supported video uploads, and download tools.
WedSnap is based in Hampshire and is available to couples across the UK.

Our Sustainability Commitments
WedSnap is a digital-first service. We do not manufacture or ship physical products, and couples can choose whether they want to print their QR code poster or simply display the code digitally. Guest uploads, gallery access and downloads are all handled online, which helps avoid unnecessary printed instructions, disposable cameras and repeated physical copies of guest photos. We are not going to make exaggerated claims about being carbon neutral or completely sustainable. Our aim is simply to keep the service lightweight, practical and digital wherever possible.
Commitment to LGBTQIA+ Couples
WedSnap is for every couple. We welcome LGBTQIA+ couples and believe wedding services should make people feel comfortable, respected and included from the moment they arrive. WedSnap does not assume what a couple should look like, how they identify or what their wedding should be. The service is built around your names, your wedding and the people celebrating with you. If you ever spot wording or part of the service that could be more inclusive, please tell us. WedSnap is still being actively developed and genuine feedback is always welcome.
