Venues Covered is a family run business based in Swindon, Wiltshire. We specialise in perfect wedding and event decor, and making your day run as smoothly as possible.
We stock a variety of chair covers and sashes to suit all themes, can transform rooms with our fully fitted and bespoke designed room drapery, and use different lighting effects to compliment any venue.
Our owner, Steph, works alongside you on the run up to your wedding day, ensuring everything is how you envisaged your wedding day to be like. Alongside this, she offers a no obligation consultation to discuss your wedding decor ideas and offer ideas as to how Venues Covered can help you achieve it.
Venues Covered also has a variety of different props suitable for hire alongside your room decorations, such as signs, bay trees, centrepieces and more.
Venues Covered offers a variety of packages suitable for a variety of budgets, and can create bespoke packages and products based on your ideas of your special day!

Yes, we use our products to transform your day
£1 per road mile from SN3 + £5
Yes, one of our team will set up all hired items on the day of the wedding, at a time arranged with the venue
We set up all items on the morning of the wedding, and the hire period stops at the end of the evening reception. Collection will then be arranged for either at the end of the night or the following day, depending on the venues requirements.
No minimum spend, but we do have a maximum delivery zone - this can be found on our website.
