About Delamere Manor
Set within more than 100 acres of Cheshire countryside overlooking a six-acre lake, Delamere Manor offers exclusive use of a private country house and grounds for weddings and celebrations. The manor, once home to the Wilbraham family and later musician Gary Barlow, has been extensively transformed to create a setting that combines historic character with contemporary event spaces.
Weddings unfold across a choice of indoor and outdoor ceremony locations, including licensed spaces on the terrace or within the grounds. Following the ceremony, wedding breakfasts take place in the glass-fronted Courtyard, designed with a fully retractable roof so celebrations can continue in natural daylight or beneath its starlit ceiling. The manor and surrounding spaces remain exclusively yours throughout the day, allowing guests to move between the house, grounds and reception areas.
The venue seats up to 140 guests for ceremonies and dining, with capacity for up to 180 guests during the evening reception. Celebrations can continue in the on-site Manor Nightclub, created within what was previously Gary Barlow’s recording studio. Six bedroom suites within the manor provide overnight accommodation for up to 12 guests, with rooms named after former owners and finished with Egyptian-cotton bedding by Richard Haworth. Preparations begin on site with access to a dedicated beauty parlour from the morning of the wedding day. Licensed for civil ceremonies, same-sex marriages and celebrations across all faiths, Delamere Manor offers a private-use setting where the house, courtyard and grounds form the backdrop to the full wedding experience.

Sound limiters are in place, in respect of our neighbouring residents. Bands are able to connect to the in-house PA system without any issues. Everything has been well considered when installing the PA system.
Due to the natural and rural location of our venue, we don't permit fireworks as it would impact on the wildlife and resident horses onsite.
