What’s included, from £899
A 5-star mini-moon stay in one of our self-catering cottages. Your ceremony in the licensed Summerhouse on the day of your choice, and the Summerhouse is yours until 4pm. A dedicated wedding coordinator from your first enquiry to the day itself. Access to the grounds for photographs. Witnesses if you need them, at no extra charge. A bottle of fizz to toast afterwards.

What’s extra
The registrar (approx. £500–£600, depending on date and time). Photography, if you would like it, is from £399 with a selection of photographers. Extra guests, up to 4 at £75 each, including prosecco. Extra nights from £100. Food, flowers, cake and hair and make-up are all optional.

How it works
Contact us first and we’ll check dates. We send you a link to book your accommodation and a link to book the Devon Registrar. You give notice of marriage at your local register office at least 29 days before the wedding. We can often arrange a wedding within 35 days of your first enquiry.

Booking
A 25% deposit secures your date. You then pay the rest in your own time, up to 8 weeks before you arrive.

Good to know
We’re dog-friendly, and all couples are welcome. We never hold more than one wedding a day.

Meg or Bob would love to help.

Our Sustainability Commitments

Sustainability is part of how we run Millbrook, not an add-on. Our Green Team oversees our eco practices across the estate. Energy: we use renewable energy where we can, including solar panels and biomass heating, and all our lighting is energy-efficient. Plastic-free: no plastic drinks bottles at weddings. We provide glassware and encourage reusable or biodegradable alternatives. Confetti: fresh or dried rose petals only, so it’s biodegradable and safe for wildlife. Local and seasonal: we work with local suppliers and catering partners who use organic, locally sourced, seasonal ingredients, and we encourage natural, recycled or reusable decorations and favours. Waste: we recycle and compost, and any leftover food not taken home goes to our resident chickens. Travel: electric vehicle charging points are available on site, and we encourage car sharing. Nature: the estate has woodland, wildlife and habitats we look after, and we’re working to keep them thriving.

Commitment to LGBTQIA+ Couples

Love is love, and every couple is warmly welcome at Millbrook. This is personal to us: in 2014, Bob’s daughter Charlotte married the love of her life, Sara, here at Millbrook. It was a beautiful, emotional day that we’ll never forget. Since then we’ve been proud to host many LGBTQ+ couples. Whether it’s just the two of you or a small gathering of up to 4 guests, your day is relaxed, private and completely about you. Your ceremony takes place in our licensed Summerhouse, on a private 32-acre estate, and we never hold more than one wedding a day. If you’d like us to be your witnesses, we’d be honoured, and if you’d rather bring your own, they’re very welcome too. Your dog is welcome as well.
