About The Horn of Plenty Country House Hotel
Award winning Country House Hotel wedding venue on the Devon/Cornwall border for weddings from 2-90 guests. Enjoy stunning views overlooking the Tamar Valley, beautiful rooms, fabulous food & our amazing staff who will go above and beyond for you.
The venue is licensed for Civil Ceremonies and Partnerships. Your ceremony can be in one of our 3 ceremony rooms or outside in our gardens. Exclusive Use weddings tend to be 30-90 guests, or we can accomodate up to 150 guests in a marquee on the lawn. Afternoon weddings have sole use of the restaurant area for up to 60, with this option there is no evening celebration. Micro weddings are favoured for smaller gatherings of 2-20.
The hotel will create a bespoke package completely tailored to your needs, from a small, intimate gathering to a large exclusive use wedding.

No sorry. We're well known as one of Devon's best wedding venue for foodies, with 6 hugely talented chefs on site. Guests regularly mention that the wedding breakfast at The Horn was the best wedding food they've ever tasted.

Normally we'll have a handover with you the day before your wedding. We'll then do the set-up so that you can focus on your hair and make-up; however if you'd prefer to be involved, that's absolutely fine!
