Jollydays founders Christian and Carolyn Van Outersterp are multi award winning designers, (Christian a former landscape architect and Carolyn trained in Fashion). (Their iconic Firebowl was exhibited at the V&A).

Nestled within the Yorkshire Wolds, Jollydays Glamping is a unique and exciting locations to host a wedding or party. Either for a festival vibe, a “proper posh” tea party or a romantic Kate moss style extravaganza, the magical woodlands are the perfect venue. Hire either the 200acre woodland at Jollydays and in addition have somewhere quirky for guests to stay.

Glamping Weddings tend to take place over a whole weekend allowing for a much more relaxed and unique experience. Ceremonies take place in a clearing in the woods, this allows for a real connection with nature and it’s an opportunity to indulge in some stylish rustic decorating - timber signs and fairy lights create a truly magical atmosphere, all suited to the couples taste.
The day can be customized from an informal hog roast in a tipi to super swanky fine dining served up in a stunningly glamorous marquee.
Weddings at Jollydays tend to take place in the summer when the Woodland is stunningly beautiful.The woodland looks absolutely magnificent when it’s draped in fairy lights and candle lanterns – creating a truly magical experience for the wedding party.
