Set in acres of woodland in the Yorkshire Wolds, our glass fronted wedding venue offers you a bespoke wedding options, from ceremony, breakfast and receptions here at The Kilnwick Percy Resort. An Idyllic wedding venue in Pocklington near York, with floor to ceiling windows. The KP Resort offers a personal service before, during, and after the wedding. Experienced Wedding Co-Ordinator & Front of House Manager are on-hand throughout the wedding event to ensure everything runs smoothly.
The KP Resort offers an idyllic wedding venue set upon 180 glorious acres of the Yorkshire Wolds in Yorkshire. From remarkable floor-to-ceiling windows that permit stunning views to the contemporary interior decor, every inch of this resort is primed to host your special celebration. Newlyweds are sure to fall in love with the magnificent Glass house and immaculate landscaping for their big day, as it overflows with photograph opportunities.

Our new Fairy tale Woodland wedding ceremony area is ready to offer weddings from May to October, set in beautiful woodland with rustic features for that intermate wedding , roofed gazebo to get married under making it magical and memorable ,with rustic seating for up to 60, stringed fairy lights, wild flowers, birds singing, bring a once in a lifetime dream in to reality and experience getting married outside. Then make your way to our stunning magnificent Glass house to carry on your wedding celebrations throughout the rest of the day .
The KP Resort boasts an exclusive wedding experience hosting every moment of the special event in one place. Couples can begin their day in one of the luxurious suites, getting ready in the ultimate comfort of plush fabrics and well-lit bedrooms. With 27 hotel rooms and 27 lodges available on the property, the whole wedding party can arrive the night before the celebrations commence.
For civil ceremonies, the Vale of York Suite up to 80 guests and The KP Suite for guests up to 100 .
Our Vale of York Room with breath taking views of the countryside are visible through the expansive wall of windows, permitting an abundance of natural light to flood the romantic occasion.
The KP Suite is also perfect for hosting your wedding breakfast, seating 100 guests .
As the big day comes to a close, the newlyweds can retreat to the private outdoor hot tub to reflect and unwind in the Huxtable suite .

You have exclusive access to our higher tier floor however, the lower floor is accessible by the public.
yes, we have the balcony, the terrace, woodland ceremony area as well as the Vale of York Room
We don't offer dry hire, however we offer wonderful menu choices and can even create something bespoke for each couple.
You are able to get access from 1pm the day before however, this is subject to availability due to other events, if this is the case it will be accessible the morning of your wedding.
Our standard reception finishing time is 1am.
We allow fireworks and can even recommend one of our trusted suppliers for this job.
We only allow biodegradable confetti and it must be used outdoors only.

We have a range of wonderful lodges and hotel pods onsite, perfect for bridal parties and if you stay the night before we will personally pick you up in our bridal golf buggy and take you down to our venue.
