Pauntley Court is a beautiful, romantic family-owned country Manor House in Gloucestershire, offering you a private and very unique historic venue. Perfect for a small and intimate affair of 2 to 40 people using the house and grounds or a larger wedding of up to 100 guests with a marquee of your choice in the grounds. We offer 10 beautiful bedrooms and 9 modern bathrooms for up to 24 people to stay on site from a Friday at midday until a Sunday at 4pm. Exclusive use of this hidden gem.

Pauntley Court is the birthplace of Dick Whittington who was born here in 1352.
As you crest the hill, you see the warm glow of this special house, painted the unusual reddish terracotta, through the trees, with only the 16th century Dovecote and the Norman church as its neighbours.
Melissa, the venue owner, loves to meet with you and show you around the stunning garden rooms which really are very magical. Melissa can tell you all about the history to the house and all the colourful characters that are associated with it.
You can escape to this tiny hamlet on the edge of the Cotswolds and create a very unique and one of a kind wedding, staying here with close family and friends for 2 nights and 3 days.
Rachel, the wonderful housekeeper can look after you so no one needs to do anything and you will have a wedding coordinator to help you plan the big day. She will then be with you on your wedding day.
Pauntley Court is a very unique and unusual country house, much loved by the Hargreaves family who now run it as a wedding venue. There are only a certain number of weddings held every year and Melissa and the Pauntley Team will work hard to help you create the wedding of your dreams.
Your Friday evening can be on the wonderful terrace in the Walled Garden and you and your guests can feast on barbecue or freshly made pizza from Dom the local pizza man who brings his horse box. For your wedding day, there is an extensive list of fantastic local suppliers to look at and then on the Sunday, why not have a grazing platter or Rachel can cook you brunch. Three days of making unforgettable memories - a three day wedding weekend in the Gloucestershire countryside.
