Battel Hall is a self-catering venue, so you are welcome to provide your own alcohol for your event, and we do not charge corkage. Please note that, depending on guest numbers, you may need to provide your own glassware, ice, and additional refrigeration.

At Leeds Castle, we work with a list of nominated caterers to ensure your wedding runs smoothly and is truly memorable. This lets you create a bespoke menu, from multi-course meals to buffets, using locally sourced ingredients that perfectly reflect your style and tastes.

Battel Hall is booked for a minimum of three nights, so you can check in from 4 pm the day before your event to set up.

All music must finish by the following times: Friday & Saturday: Midnight Monday - Thursday: 11 pm Sunday: 10 pm

Live bands are not permitted at Battel Hall. Alternative entertainment options can be discussed with our events team.

For safety reasons, fireworks are not permitted at weddings at Battel Hall; however, sparklers are allowed outside.

Yes, biodegradable confetti or rose petals are allowed, but only outside in the garden.

We do not allow real candles, but battery-operated candles are a safe alternative.

The beautiful Wisteria Room inside the Battel Hall manor house is usually used as the bridal suite, and this is where the bride typically gets ready on the day.
