About Derwent Manor Boutique Hotel
Set within 20 acres of countryside overlooking the Derwent Valley, Derwent Manor brings together hotel comfort and flexible event spaces designed to host weddings across the full day. Couples can hold their ceremony, wedding breakfast and celebrations in one setting, supported by an experienced wedding team who guide arrangements from planning through to the day itself.
Celebrations take place across a choice of function suites, each offering a different atmosphere. The Grand Hall centres larger gatherings beneath an opulent chandelier, while the Allensford Suite looks out across rolling countryside views, creating an open backdrop for ceremonies or dining. The layout allows different parts of the wedding to move between spaces, helping the day progress naturally from ceremony to reception.
Guest accommodation forms part of the experience, with 56 double bedrooms including five suites, alongside four boutique cottages on site. Many rooms overlook the surrounding landscape, allowing guests to stay together throughout the celebrations. As a country boutique hotel, Derwent Manor combines event spaces, accommodation and landscaped grounds in one location, giving couples the option to host both their wedding and overnight stay within the same countryside setting.
