About Hadsham Farm Weddings
Our beautiful lakeside Tipi wedding venue is located in a secluded Cotswold valley in north Oxfordshire. We provide a stunning permanent Tipi suitable for 50 to150 seated guests between the months of April and October. We offer exclusive use of our 'dry-hire' venue for you to create a truly bespoke wedding experience – no set suppliers and no corkage – just hire the venue and create your own unique DIY occasion over 3 tranquil days – no rush, no hurry and minimal restrictions.
Weekend hire is from 9am Friday to 3pm Sunday. Event on the Saturday.
Mid-week hire is from midday Tuesday to midday Thursday. Event on the Wednesday.
A security guard is provided on both nights of your hire period.
MAIN RESTRICTIONS - Only one day of partying (Saturday or Wednesday); all amplified music (DJ, Band, iPad) must be played through our installed PA system and goes off at midnight (background level music into the small hours is welcome); no fireworks; no swimming in the lake. Full details are in our contract.
ACCOMMODATION - our Wedding Suite (en-suite Shepherd's Hut) is included in the venue hire price. Additionally we have 12 Bell Tents on the lakeside that guests can book directly with us via our website. Additional camping space is available and there are showers on site to freshen up the next day.
