It is licensed for civil marriage ceremonies both inside the house and outdoors in its Woodland Garden, giving couples the choice of setting for their legal commitment.
Couples booking a wedding take exclusive use of the house and grounds throughout the year, with the option of a frame marquee on the West Lawn from April to October. The marquee has suspended wooden flooring, carpet, lighting, a dance area, furniture suited to seated dining, and an integrated bar area. For larger gatherings, the marquee can be extended.
Wedding breakfasts and drinks are arranged through Elegant Cuisine, who operate from the stable courtyard’s event kitchens and work with couples to shape menu selections. Wheelchair-accessible paths lead to the marquee, which has ramp access, while other parts of the estate provide varied surfaces and historic rooms that reflect the character of this early Georgian home. The combination of historic interiors, gardens, and flexible event space supports ceremonies and receptions tailored to individual plans.
