Located on the A420 between Oxford and Swindon, the venue offers a convenient countryside setting for couples looking for an intimate and flexible alternative to a larger traditional wedding venue.
Ayana Suite can accommodate wedding celebrations of up to 100 guests, with layouts that can be adapted for the wedding breakfast, speeches, evening entertainment and dancing.
Food and drink form an important part of the Ayana Suite experience. In-house catering and bar service are available, with menus tailored around the style and size of each celebration. Outside catering can also be considered by prior agreement, giving couples greater flexibility for cultural, traditional and specialist catering requirements.
The venue is particularly well suited to multicultural and South Asian wedding receptions and pre-wedding celebrations, while remaining a contemporary and welcoming setting for weddings of every style.
Couples can also take advantage of the boutique hotel at The Snooty Mehmaan. There are 11 bedrooms on site, comprising nine Executive Rooms and two Suites, allowing the wedding couple, family members and selected guests to stay at the venue.
On-site parking is available and the location provides convenient access from Oxford, Swindon, Wantage, Abingdon, Witney and the surrounding Oxfordshire, Wiltshire and Cotswolds areas.
Ayana Suite is available for private hire and can accommodate DJs, live entertainment and dancing. The venue works with each couple to create a celebration that suits their guest numbers, catering requirements and individual plans.
Wedding venue hire currently starts from £1,500, with catering, drinks, accommodation and additional requirements quoted according to the individual celebration.
