About Bedford Lodge Hotel
Originally built circa 1820 for the sixth Duke of Bedford, Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa is a Grade II listed Georgian building in Newmarket. The venue is licensed to hold civil ceremonies for events with up to 140 guests, with options to hold the ceremony inside one of three self-contained banqueting suites or outdoors within the gardens. The team provide a personal approach, with a dedicated coordinator to guide couples from their initial enquiry through to the wedding day.
Guest accommodation includes 80 boutique rooms. The hotel is also home to the two AA Rosette Squires Restaurant, reflecting the quality of the food and service available. This standard is maintained across the property, which has retained an AA 4 Red Star rating for 12 consecutive years. For pre-wedding preparations, the on-site spa holds a 5-bubble rating from the Good Spa Guide. The facilities, which include a hydrotherapy pool and rooftop hot tub, can be hired privately.
