Thank you for considering Bury Court Barn as a possible wedding venue. We host an exceptional variety of weddings from a "Day Wedding" to a "Twilight Wedding" along with other interesting wedding concepts such as a woodland back drop. Our aim is to create a unique ethereal experience.

Our belief is that your wedding is rather like a period drama, not just because your families are involved, but because your event needs careful planning with a team who pay attention to detail and will ensure your day is a magical one.
Our majestic barn has some decorative pieces and with the support of Vintage Prop Hire, we work together to create a breath-taking look. Oh, we nearly forgot to say there is a mezzanine/ man cave on the first floor which is home to the boys who might need to change or simply need a quiet place to rehearse their lines or speeches.
The adjoining building consists of an eclectic mix of antiques which creates an edgy look and is the ideal room for guests to relax before the wedding. It’s fun and quirky even if we say so ourselves!. In addition, we can arrange sleepovers for 30 guests over 15 guest rooms, one of which is a tranquil ‘honeymoon suite’. The rooms are exclusively available for the wedding party which we imagine will be for family and close friends.
Exquisite gardens surround the historic buildings and barn, so much so that visiting photographers who attend this venue often refer to the venue as “Somewhere between heaven and earth.
Catering and The Bar: Great food and drink is at the very heart of a wonderful wedding.
In addition, we are constructing a small café separately accessed from the barn which will enable guests to arrive early or stay on the following day to simply have a natter. Guests who have stayed locally may wish to join you for a pre booked brunch.
Finally, once you have decided Bury Court is the one, together we will arrange regular visits to the barn and create a blueprint for your special day.
