Set within a parkland golf course in Angmering, Ham Manor is an 18th-century, Grade II listed house available for exclusive hire. The course, designed by Harry Colt and opened in 1937, provides a backdrop of mature trees and a lake for wedding celebrations. The grounds offer views towards the South Downs, creating a distinct setting in West Sussex.

Inside, the building's character is notable, with features such as a dome-topped staircase. Ceremonies can be held in a licensed room with views across the golf course for up to 80 guests. Alternatively, an outdoor ceremony can take place on the lawn, beneath a large Ginkgo Biloba tree. Following the ceremony, receptions continue within the manor for the rest of the celebration.

The main reception room holds up to 120 guests for a wedding breakfast and has a total capacity of 150 for the evening. The space includes a built-in dance floor for later in the day. An in-house chef prepares all catering, from canapés to three-course meals, with a focus on using locally sourced ingredients where possible. The service is managed by an event manager and a hospitality team, and a fully licensed bar is also available.
