Our Sustainability Commitments

We have fully integrated IHG Green Engage to ensure more eco-friendly operations at our hotel. Looking ahead to the future, we are determined to achieve Carbon Neutrality by 2040 – a decade before the Paris Accord Target. Our commitment includes sourcing 50% of our food and beverage within a 50-mile radius, offering at least one local beer, and providing Sea Change Wine to support ocean protection. To minimize our environmental impact, we exclusively serve in-season produce and offer a variety of plant-based alternatives, clearly indicated as 'green' dishes on our menus. Additionally, we're actively working on expanding EV charging facilities at our properties and promoting paper-less check-in and check-out options. Throughout the hotel, you'll find recycling bins conveniently placed to encourage responsible waste disposal. Furthermore, we've switched to bulk bathroom amenities to reduce single-use packaging for shampoo and body wash, and we've completely eliminated the use of plastic straws. Single-use plastic water bottles will be phased out entirely by the end of 2022. To cater to eco-conscious clients, we're dedicated to crafting greener event packages, and we are taking proactive steps to remove all items that contribute to deforestation from our operations.
