Licensed for civil ceremonies of up to 350 guests, the hotel offers a choice of beautiful spaces for your wedding day, from intimate gatherings to grand celebrations.
For your ceremony, choose from the rustic Chapel Suite with its original beams and private entrance, the elegant Windmill Suite or light-filled Pickford Suite, both overlooking the golf course. From 2026, couples can also exchange vows outdoors on the balcony with sweeping parkland views.
Your wedding breakfast is the perfect time to celebrate with family and friends. The Windmill Suite is a popular choice for receptions of up to 240 guests, featuring sparkling chandeliers, floor-to-ceiling windows, a private bar, and balcony for those magical sunset moments. For your evening reception, host up to 250 guests in the Windmill Suite or 120 in the Pickford Suite, with flexible catering from buffets and hog roasts to late-night snacks.
Make your day extra special with an overnight stay. Newlyweds enjoy a complimentary bedroom, with 10 further guest rooms reserved at preferential rates. Upgrade to the honeymoon suite or start your morning in The Retreat, a private getting-ready space for you and your wedding party. With 105 bedrooms on-site, guests can relax and celebrate without the worry of travel.

FAQs
Unfortunately as we are a hotel venue, we cannot provide exclusive use of the venue. However each reception room has its own exclusive outdoor areas with stunning views over our golf course and lake.
We are licensed for civil ceremonies across our venue, from Chapel Suite, Pickford Suite or Windmill Suite. Catering around the numbers you require.
Due to health and safety, with being a golf venue also we cannot provide an outdoor ceremony at this moment in time.
We charge corkage fee based per bottle for wines, champagnes and bottled beers.
You are more than welcome to provide your own caterers, we have specific outside catering packages designed for this purpose.
Our room hire is until 1am for bar and DJ, allowing you to dance and drink the night away.
You can get access to the venue to decorate from 7am the day of the wedding. If we are able to accommodate the evening before to decorate we will, but this will be dependent on availability.
We love fireworks to set off a wedding, we work closely with Solihull Fireworks Company, to add a spark and a bang to you day.
We allow bio-degradable confetti on site, allowing you to throw to your hearts content.
We have limiters in our rooms, however we have never had an issue with this at our weddings.
Yes we allow live candles to truly set off your wedding.
We offer a complimentary Double Deluxe Room to our wedding couples with an optional upgrade to a full bridal suite.
We have 105 bedrooms, allowing your guests to party all night and not worry about transport.
Yes, we have additional accommodation at our sister property located within a 5 minute drive, should we be fully booked for rooms
We allow ceremonies for all cultures and nothing is ever too much to ask. We welcome open flame ceremonies with open arms.
