About Oakfield Gardens
Oakfield Gardens set in the heart of Worcestershire, is a place of true exclusivity. As their grounds are located on a small independent school, which is a former horticultural experimental site, not only do they have rare flowers/trees and walled gardens, they only host a limited number of weddings every season/year.
We can assure you that you will have our undivided attention. Our packages are designed to be transparent with no hidden costs with as much as we can already included!
All of our procceeds from the weddings & events we do, go directly back into the school which is a really rewarding as every wedding goes to bring a brighter tomorrow for the children that attend the school. We will help you create the look at style of the wedding - you desire.

Yes absolutely! Every package comes with three days. Day one to set up, Day two for the big event & Day three for clean up. This is totally exclusive for you and the guests.
Like many outdoor venues we are not. However it has become increasingly popular to marry at a registry office in private and then conduct a mock ceremony on our grounds.
Of course! We have some truly stunning places and we will work closely with you to help you realise your dream!
We do yes. This is done per person rather than per bottle. We also have some incredible drinks packages available to take the stress away.
Of course!! We have some incredible partnered suppliers but it is your day! We will always offer advise through our own experiences, however it is your day and you have the freedom to choose.
You get the whole day before! If further time is needed this can be discussed.
Midnight is clear out time. With enough notice this can be extended with use of a silent disco, however all loud music must be turned down from 11.40
We love a party but we do have limiters in place to prevent the more over zealous bands from creating a disturbance. However this has not been a problem yet and every wedding with a band has had a fantastic time!
It would need further discussion and would depend how crazy you want to go.
As long as it is biodegradable I love a good throw
Yes we allow candles in heat resistant coverings. Any tall candles are also permitted however from 8pm they will be blown out.
