Dale Alexander Events plan, design, and produce exceptional weddings and events. From small intimate gatherings to large and luxury affairs, our weddings are memorable, magical experiences, perfectly planned and beautifully executed.

Dale has planned over one hundred weddings and events discreetly and considerately.

I don’t work with a one-size-fits-all approach, I provide a completely bespoke service, giving you my time, bringing you regular updates so you never feel as if you are out of the loop and a flexible schedule, working around your busy work and lifestyles.

On the day itself, my team and I, along with the wonderful array of suppliers, work behind the scenes to bring you your seamless day, so you never need to worry about a thing and can immerse yourself in being the bride or groom.

When Dale is not working as a Luxury Wedding Planner or organising these extraordinary events, you can usually find him in the countryside with his three fur babies: Delaney, Harry & Freya. He also has a strong passion for interior design and everything flowers!

Between 10%-12% of your overall wedding budget. A minimum fee applies of £4,000.

For full planning and design, we do, however if you're looking for partial panning or on the day management, the price depends on the location, coordination and hours of work required.

We don't have a minimum budget requirement, however there is a minimum fee applicable for full wedding planning and design service.

No, we love working with new suppliers and venues in addition to our preferred ones.

We sure do, we have had the pleasure of planning many destination weddings.

Our day wedding management begins a month or two before you are due to marry; once you have found your dream location, appointed your suppliers, and need a little help to make sure it all runs smoothly on the day. We will work with you closely on the following: Handover We will carry out a complete handover 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding, as well as providing our top tips and advice on wedding etiquette and last-minute planning details. Planning & Co-ordinating Dale Alexander will be the point of contact for your day and all suppliers, keeping them informed of arrangements. We will produce a comprehensive ‘on the day’ wedding schedule to manage timings. The Day We will ensure that everything is set up and in place before your arrival. We will manage timings with your wedding party, suppliers and venue. From start to finish we will ensure that your wedding flows effortlessly, just as you had envisaged – and more. Our day wedding management investment is based on the logistics of your wedding and number of days you require our service.

With all our wedding services, we always include styling. You want to be able to relax on your wedding morning and not worry that the styling isn't executed as you had imagined.
