About Warbrook House

Warbrook House sits within 121 acres of Grade II listed gardens that include a Versailles-style canal and Waterloo bridge, creating a structured historic landscape around its Grade I listed country estate. Its range of indoor and outdoor spaces supports civil marriage ceremonies and partnerships for gatherings of up to around 120 people in function rooms that suit both intimate occasions and more formal celebrations.

Across the estate, a marquee set apart by trees and lawns can host larger gatherings, giving access to its own bar, lighting and dancefloor. In the lead-up to the ceremony couples can use dedicated preparation spaces including the Peony Suite and Groom’s Room. Ceremonies can take place beside the canal or in one of the appointed indoor rooms, with gardens available for drinks receptions and photography. Catering is handled in-house with seasonal menu choices, and the event team can tailor arrangements to cultural customs and needs. After the formal celebrations the grounds and gardens extend the day, offering outdoor settings for relaxed time with guests and photography opportunities. Accommodation across the estate supports wedding parties and guests in rooms with garden or canal views. The combination of historic character, versatile event spaces, and substantial outdoor areas defines the flow of a wedding day here, from preparations through ceremony to reception and beyond.
