The House
This 19th Century Georgian House has two rooms inside the property where you can get married. The Garden Room can host 100 people and has doors that open onto the patio for the warmer days and a grand working fireplace to give a cosy atmosphere at a winter wedding. The Cottage Suite is great for more intimate weddings of up to 50 guests. There are no noise restrictions within the house itself and since you will have exclusive use, you will know everyone you see on your wedding day!
The Grounds
Another stunning ceremony setting at this venue is in the gardens beside the Cedar Pavilion. This is set up near the walled garden and the tranquil sounds of the River Loddon flowing beside the venue set the tone for your special moment of saying your vows. We think the backdrop of the house is absolutely beautiful and the marquee is just behind where your guests are seated. The gardens even contain a heart shaped flower bed because love will definitely be in the air on your wedding day!
The Marquee
You can celebrate your wedding in the fabulous permanent marquee located in the gardens at The Mill House Hotel & Restaurant. The marquee has bi-fold doors that open out onto the gardens as well as both heating and air con making it superb all year round. There is a bar, dance floor and in-house DJ so you can dance the night away with all of your guests. You can also have live music until 9pm perfect for that special touch on your magical day. The marquee can comfortably seat up to 120 guests for a sit down meal and 200 for the evening reception.
The Rooms
Want to be able to relax after your celebration? Mill House Hotel has 12 spectacular individually styled rooms for you and your guests to enjoy. Since this is an exclusive use venue, you will have the choice of all of these rooms to ensure that your closest friends and family can stay nearby. The bridal suite is decorated in beige and greens and gives a cosy and grand atmosphere.
Dining
Whether you are looking for a three-course meal, a barbecue or a hog roast on your wedding day Mill House Hotel & Restaurant can cater for your needs. The catering team here provide menu suggestions all of which are included in the package prices but the menus are also flexible so that it is perfectly meeting all your ideas. You can have two people at the menu tasting and there is an option to have additional guests at these at an additional cost. The menus stay the same throughout the year until the winter when there is a Christmas themed Turkey option.
