Whether you're starting off your big day with an entrance to remember or heading off to your reception venue in style, the wedding car you choose is just one of the most exciting parts of the day, for both you and your guests. From a classic vintage car to a Cinderella carriage, with plenty of choices, we're sure we can find one to suit you.

Horse and Carriage

The horse and carriage is an absolute favourite for many couples - when else are you going to get the chance to experience a horse and carriage ride? You can go for a smart and classic black carriage remnant of the late 19th century, or perhaps you're planning a princess arrival with an elaborate fairytale carriage.

A horse drawn carriage

The Pumpkin Carriage, from Bramble Farm Carriage Hire in Wiltshire, is the ultimate Cinderella wedding fantasy. Seating up to 8 people, you and your bridal party can arrive feeling like royalty! You won't need to worry about the unpredictable UK weather as the carriage is sealed water tight, so your hair and make-up will stay put all day long.

Vintage Cars

Rolls Royce, Bentley, Jaguar - this is your chance to go for the big names. Perfect if you're looking for a classy and elegant arrival.

Alternatively, vintage to you could mean a classic Zephyr or Chevy - if you're planning a 50s or 60s theme for your wedding these would be a top choice!

Nostalgia Travel vintage wedding cars

For luxury classic cars, Nostalgia Travel in Oxfordshire are the company for you! With the choice of a 1955 Bentley, 1936 Armstrong Siddeley and a 1937 Austin Taxi, your wedding day transport means you'll travel in comfort and style.

Campervans are making a comeback and we couldn't be happier. This choice of transportation can fit in perfectly for themed weddings such as a vintage or festival themed wedding!

If you're looking for a beautifully restored Volkswagen Camper, Honeybugs Wedding Cars in Cornwall is a great choice. Based in Newquay, you have the option between two gorgeous campers which make a great addition to any rustic beach wedding.

Whilst you may think this is hen party territory only, all eyes are on you for the day so if you've got a big wedding party hiring a limo is a great option.

This white Chrysler Limousine from Mann's Limousine Transport in the West Midlands is a no-brainer when choosing your luxury transport. Equipped with a 12 foot bar, strobe lighting and mood lighting, you really can get the celebrations started with all of your wedding party by your side.

We've been to a few weddings where the signature red double decker buses have been hired and they are PERFECT for taking large numbers of guests to ceremonies and reception venues.

If you don't like the look of the London bus, many transport companies offer vintage options that are also beautiful. Your wedding day can seem to go by in a flash, but by travelling in these signature buses with your guests, it will ensure you spend as much time together as possible for a truly memorable day.

Are you and your partner a fan of motorbikes? Imagine the sound of your arrival at the ceremony with a fleet of bikes leading the way, or leaving as newlyweds on a gleaming Harley.

If you're not wanting that kind of entrance, perhaps look at hiring a bicycle or tandem bike if your venue isn't too far away!

Sports Cars

Looking for a car with a bit more oomph? Moving away from vintage, maybe you love the streamlined and sleek appeal of something sporty. If they look like this, yes please!
