About Furtho Manor Farm
We host weddings and events in our barn and Furtho East. Outside the barn there is a grass paddock which is included in the space couples can use for their weddings. The venue is licenced for weddings in the barn, our smaller ceremony room or a number of outside spaces, including the gazebo down by the lake. We can host weddings from no guests, with us as your witnesses, up to 200 guests for an evening reception. On a Tuesday we price a wedding depending on the number of guests you have.
We normally host just two weddings a week, and only ever one wedding a day. A Saturday wedding has access from the Thursday to set up, whilst a Tuesday wedding couples can come in the day before to set up.
There is also an atmospheric 900 year old Church on the farm where couples can have a blessing but not a legal wedding. It seats 100 and can be candlelit.

FAQs
Yes, the barn will be exclusively for your use from the Thursday before to midday on the Sunday after your wedding. The Farmhouse B&B rooms will just be for you and your guests for the Friday and Saturday night.
Here are Furtho Manor Farm we are licensed by West Northamptonshire Registrars for both marriages and civil ceremonies.
There are several stunning outdoor spots for you to have your ceremony. You can choose from the gazebo, down by the lake, in front of the dovecote or on the way to the church. Outside the barn there is plenty of space for bouncy castles, tables, lawn games, food vans and more.
We are a licensed premises and the bar on site is run by McGee's. You either have to purchase your drink through them, or arrange with them directly to pay corkage if you are wanting to bring in wine not available through them for the tables. For small or intimate weddings you have the option for the bar to stay closed and then you can bring in your own drinks.
We don't have in house catering, so you are free to use your own caterers. We have a list of our preferred caterers on our supplier list. There is a kitchen space available in the barn.
For a Saturday wedding you can have access to the barn on a Thursday & Friday from 9am to 9pm, then everything needs to be cleared away by midday on the Sunday. For a Tuesday wedding, access is available on the Monday from 9am to 9pm and everything needs to be cleared away by midday on the Wednesday. Access is from 8am on the morning of a wedding.
The reception needs to be finished by midnight, with all guests to have departed by 12.15.
There are no noise restrictions for live music, we ask only that the bar staff are able to hear guests ordering their drinks.
No fireworks or Chinese lanterns are allowed as we are a working farm. Sparklers may be used on the concrete area outside the barn, before 7pm.
We request you use natural flower petal confetti both inside and outside, with no confetti canons.
Lit candles are not allowed in the barn, please use battery/LED alternatives.
Most couples choose to spend their first night in the downstairs room in the Farmhouse.
We have in total five bed and breakfast rooms. Three in the farmhouse which all can be double, twin, family (2 adults and 2 children), triple or single rooms and two at The Lodge, just next door which can be double or single occupancy only.
There is plenty of accommodation in the surrounding villages, in Stony Stratford, or Milton Keynes.
