Yes, we have a gorgeous gazebo down by the lake where most couples opt to hold their ceremony. If the weather is wet, we have a stretch canopy that offers shelter.

We are flexible when it comes to drinks. We can provide drinks & a bar, you can bring your own - there’s no corkage charge, or you can choose a mixture of the 2.

Yes, we are flexible with outsourced caterers. You can Self-cater the whole break & wedding or bring in your choice of caterers. We have a large kitchen next to the Stone Barn which can be utilised by caterers.

We recommend that you relax Thursday night. A core team can help you put up decorations from 9 am on Friday and then guests can check in from 4 pm.

We have no curfew, but we do ask guests to be respectful of our neighbors by limiting noise outside after 11 pm.

Live bands are allowed up until 11 pm, we have hosted many great live bands in the Stone Barn. There is plenty of space for both a band and a dance floor.

Yes, Fireworks are allowed, although they must be booked through our preferred supplier Sonic Fireworks. If you want something special but don't want fireworks you can opt for lanterns on the lake, which also creates a very magical atmosphere.

Yes, candles are a wonderful way to create an atmosphere for your wedding. We will advise you on where candles can be added as some places could be hazardous.

Our wonderful couples get a four-night stay in our lovely bridal suite. Couples can book a longer stay, depending on availability.

We have a gorgeous Farmhouse that accommodates 19 guests. An extra 2 guests can stay in the Farmhouse if they stay on a comfy sofa bed in the snug. The Farmhouse has its own private garden with a decking area, BBQ, sauna and 2 hot tubs. From May to October we have 5 beautiful Emporer Bell Tents which can accommodate 10-20 guests. These have their own private facilities including a mains toilet and shower and camping kitchen.

At Deer's Leap, we offer a DIY wedding without the stress, meaning that a lot of the basics are covered. This includes: Refrigeration to chill your wines & champagne, kitchen area adjacent to the stone barn to store your accessories and any food or drink you choose to supply for your wedding. Surround sound system for your outdoor wedding: includes microphone, amp, log speakers and aux for plugging in devices. Sound system for the barn: includes mic, amp, speakers, lights. Tables & chairs for both your ceremony & reception for up to 100 guests. Glasses: wine glasses, champagne glasses, hi balls etc for up to 100 guests. Tea station: includes cups & saucers, mugs, milk, sugar, variety of teas, hot chocolate & Fresh coffee on tap. Fairy lights, festoon lights, oil lanterns, patio heaters, fire pits, outdoor sofa & tables & chairs. Variety of wooden tables for cake, gifts, cards, welcome drinks & desserts, variety of platters, wooden & slate & various kilner jars. Parking for you & all your guests. Support throughout the process of planning your wedding & over the weekend. Unlimited visits to Deer’s Leap in the lead up to your wedding to meet your suppliers or show family around.
