With a license for Ceremonies both inside the hotel and outside in our grounds.
Couples can tailor their wedding to perfectly suit their vision. Intimate gatherings can be hosted in the elegant Duchess Suite, while the Princess Suite and Regency Suite accommodate larger celebrations. For outdoor lovers, the Garden Pavilion provides a romantic setting for civil ceremonies surrounded by greenery. Each civil ceremony includes thoughtful touches such as chair covers with sashes, an aisle runner, a registrar table floral arrangement, and the guidance of a dedicated coordinator to ensure seamless ceremony logistics.
The Prince Regent’s comprehensive wedding packages take the stress out of planning. Couples can enjoy welcome drinks, canapés, a multi-course wedding breakfast, half a bottle of wine per guest during the meal, toast drinks, tea and coffee, and a complimentary menu tasting prior to the big day. Your celebration also includes at least one night’s stay in a Superior Double Room with breakfast. On-site parking is complimentary, and special rates for guest bedrooms are available, making it convenient for friends and family travelling from across the UK.

Yes, we have a beautiful Pavilion overlooking the gardens. We have hosted anything between 10 to 300 guests outdoors.
Yes, corkage will apply if you book one of our in house catering packages and you wish to bring in your own wine but there is no corkage fee when you book a dry hire package.

Standard access time is 11 AM however, we are looking to be flexible wherever possible
At midnight we require the music to be turned off and bar closed, guests will have around 30 min to leave the premises and suppliers will have 2 hours to collect all their belongings. A later finish time can be requested in our largest suite - The Regency Suite.
Yes we have a sound limiter set at 92.5 decibels. Live bands are allowed at our venue and we have hosted many events with this type of entertainment.
Unfortunately no, we do not hold a licence for fireworks.
Yes, these need to be bio degradable and are allowed both indoors (with the exception of confetti cannons which are not allowed indoors) and outdoors.
Yes the floating candles are allowed. The stick candles are not allowed unfortunately.
Yes we have two honeymoon suites! One with a freestanding bath + walk in shower + two sinks and the other one with high ceiling & a chandelier in the room
