We are fully licensed for civil ceremonies, providing a beautiful and convenient location for couples to exchange their vows. With our stunning surroundings and professional staff, we ensure that your special day is truly unforgettable.

Absolutely! Highfield Park are delighted to have two fully licensed outside ceremony options for our couples, these are The Folly or The Pavilion. The Folly is a 17th Century stone structure which provides a stunning traditional backdrop for the ceremony. Our Pavilion is our more modern option with plenty of ways to decorate how you wish.

We do charge corkage fees if you wish to provide your own wine.

Unfortunately, we do not allow outside caterers for our events. Highfield Park offers a variety of catering options to choose from, ensuring that your event is catered to your specific needs and preferences. Our experienced culinary team is dedicated to providing high-quality food and service to make your wedding a success.

This is available to you from the morning of the wedding, but don't worry, our wedding coordinators will do most of this for you so that you don't have to worry!

The reception is required to finish at Midnight

Whilst we do not have sound imitators installed at the venue, we do need to be mindful of neighbouring houses so we will agree the sound level with your band during their sound check.

Due to surrounding farm land, we can only permit low noise fireworks.

Of course! But it has to be biodegradeable confetti or a suitable alternative such as petals or bubbles.

Yes as long as they are in proper candle holders.

We're glad you asked! All of our wedding packages include our wedding suite located in the manor house for the night of the wedding. We do also have the option for you to upgrade to our 5* Queen Charlotte Suite located in our Wellington Lodge building.

Yes! We have 86 bedrooms located across three buildings, Fir Tree Court, Manor House and Wellington Lodge.
