The Oak Barn, Frame Farm is an exclusive-use wedding venue for couples looking for privacy, flexibility and a celebration that is personal from beginning to end. Set within a beautiful High Weald valley, this eco venue combines beautifully restored historic buildings with luxury accommodation and modern comforts. Whether you're planning an intimate gathering, a large celebration or a multiday weekend, Frame Farm gives you the freedom to make the day your own.
WHY COUPLES LOVE FRAME FARM:
One of the things couples tell us they love most is the flexibility. You can host your ceremony, drinks reception, wedding breakfast, cocktail hour, evening party and overnight stay at the farm, without feeling confined to a single room or building all day. Our three barns each have their own character, giving your celebration a natural flow from one area to the next. The Oak Barn, Frame Farm is wonderfully secluded while offering plenty of space for guests to explore, relax and celebrate
CEREMONIES:
Licensed for ceremonies with up to 135 guests, choose from four stunning backdrops:
• The Oak Barn - our magnificent, vaulted barn with oak beams and a glass frontage overlooking the courtyard
• The Byre - an elegant, chapelesque barn which overlooks the sheep field and lily pond
• The Byre’s Terrace - our outdoor ceremony area with views across the valley and our waterfall
• Pole Barn - for a more rustic ceremony with a relaxed and fun countryside feel
FOOD & DRINK:
We offer several all-inclusive catering packages, but if you prefer a Bespoke menu then we have partnered with some exceptional caterers, allowing you to create a menu that suits your style and budget.
Our no-corkage policy gives you complete freedom over your drinks throughout the day, while evening bar options can be arranged through your chosen caterer.
STAY THE NIGHT
With six luxurious Weaver's Cottages sleeping up to 20 guests, your closest family and friends can stay on-site and make the most of your celebration.

Yes
Yes, both The Oak Barn and The Byre are licenced for ceremonies.
Yes, you can have your guests seated outside on The Byre's terrace, adjacent to the pond and waterfall.
No, and our suppliers do not charge either.
We have an Approved caterers list, all of whom are fabulous and all offer something different. If our caterers are unable to provide the cuisine that you desire then we are happy to discuss a caterer of your choice.
If you have a weekend wedding then you can access the barns from 12 noon on Friday. If you choose a one day wedding then you have access to the barns from 8am.
The bar and the music would need to finish at 11pm and you have half an hour to say goodbye to your non resident guests. We have a late license on New Year's Eve until 1am.
No fireworks or lanterns, but we love sparklers!

Yes we have a sumptuous Wedding Cottage with a 4 poster bed and a velvet black sofa.
Yes we have 5 cottages that can sleep up to 18 people across the courtyard from The Oak Barn.
Yes we have The Bull and airB&Bs walking distance and within a 10 minute drive we have the villages of Cranbrook and Hawkhurst with lovely B&Bs, boutique pubs and airB&B.
We have a sound limiter that is set to 96 decibels, which is extremely loud.

Our farm has been shortlisted for and won several awards for sustainable practices, including The Sustainability and Environmental Impact Award from the Rural Business Awards. Every year we plant a tree for each of our couples!
