About The Biltmore Mayfair
The Biltmore Mayfair brings centrally positioned event spaces together with guest rooms and dining overseen by its Executive Head Chef. Weddings at this London address typically take place in one of four adaptable spaces on the ground floor, ranging from intimate suites to a large ballroom.
The Ballroom measures 484 square metres and can be arranged as one open area or divided into three sections; it accommodates up to 600 guests for a drinks reception and up to 290 guests for dinner, with a dedicated foyer adjacent to support arrival drinks or refreshments before the main event. The Manhattan Suite overlooks Grosvenor Square with natural light and can host up to 70 guests for a reception, adjustable with room partitions. Additional event spaces include the Kendal and Waterloo Suites, offering further options for smaller wedding celebrations. Dining options are curated by the hotel’s Executive Head Chef, and the venue’s events team works with couples to tailor weddings from larger gala dinners to more intimate gatherings. Accommodation is available on site, and the venue’s position in Grosvenor Square provides access to central London. Civil ceremonies can take place in the event spaces where licensed. The flow of a wedding day can encompass arrival and welcome drinks in the foyer, a seated dinner or reception in the Ballroom or suites, and use of the hotel’s catering overseen by the chef and events team.

Yes, we are. As a couple you will only need to provide your marriage officiant and you are all set!
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer outdoor wedding ceremonies at The Biltmore.

Depending on the events timing, however our loading bay access times are as per below: The access into the Ballroom Suite via Adams Row is not permitted between 22:00 – 07:00 from Monday to Friday and 22:00 – 09:00 Saturday and Sunday.

Music restrictions: 80 decibels until 11pm; Background music at 65 decibels from 11:30pm. Security will monitor volume levels and reserves the right to terminate the event if the for mentioned decibels levels are not adhered despite advising the DJ and organiser to do so.
