Can we have exclusive use of the venue?

Yes we offer exclusive wedding use for £10,000. We are able to host other events in our other function rooms, but wouldn't take any other wedding bookings that day if exclusivity was paid.

Are you licensed for civil ceremonies?

Yes, our 3 function rooms and pagoda are licensed

Can we have the wedding ceremony outdoors?

Yes, our Pagoda is fully licensed

Do you charge corkage if we supply our own wine?

Yes, corkage fees can be advised

Can we use our own caterers?

Yes, we offer self catering packages

From what time can we get access to decorate the venue?

Usually the morning of the wedding, but our team can set up the vast majority of decorations (depending on what they are)

What time does the reception need to finish?

Last orders and music to finish at 12:30am, room hire ends at 1am

Are there noise restrictions if we have a live band?

Our Marquee has a sound limiter, so bands/musicians would need to do a sound check prior to the event to ensure they stay within these limits

Are fireworks allowed?

Due to our proximity to a housing estate, fireworks are not permitted. Sparklers are allowed outside.

Is confetti allowed?

Yes, biodegradable confetti only and outside use is preferred.

Are candles allowed?

Yes, as long as the candle holder is taller than the flame

Is there a honeymoon or bridal suite?

We have 6x 4 poster suites here used as bridal suites

Is there accommodation on site?

We have 126 bedrooms on site

Is there additional accommodation nearby?

There are other smaller hotels and B&B's within a 10 minutes drive of the hotel
