For your indoor ceremony, we’ve got The Elizabeth and The Derwent Suite for those all-important vows!
• The beautiful Elizabeth Suite, with stunning views of our 17 acres of land and an abundance of natural light, can hold up to 120 guests.
• Prefer a more intimate ceremony? The Derwent Suite, with its quaint and bright atmosphere, can host up to 60 guests, providing the perfect backdrop for a heartfelt and cozy ceremony.
• Or have you always dreamed of an outdoor ceremony? We’ve got you covered with our very own island! Yes, you read that right—The Pavilion sits on its own private island, nestled on the lake and accessed by a charming bridge. It’s the perfect spot for saying “I do” surrounded by your loved ones. With seating for up to 80 guests and room for 40 more to stand, there’s plenty of space to celebrate in style.
After the ceremony, your guests can unwind with drinks as they wander through our stunning 17 acres of gardens and lawns - also perfect for those must-have wedding photos. Be sure to check out the lake, a beautiful and peaceful setting for a stroll with your guests, and the ultimate backdrop for your big day.
For your reception, the bright and spacious Elizabeth Suite sets the perfect scene - whether it’s your delicious meal for up to 120 or an evening celebration with up to 170 guests.

Yes! We are licensed for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies! The Pavilion, overlooking the gorgeous Sussex Downs is the perfect spot for your outdoor ceremony.
Yes, we have a beautiful honeymoon suite and getting ready room at our venue. And even better... these are both included in your wedding package!
We have an amazing in-house catering team providing top quality food for the day of your wedding. Due to this, we do not allow external caterers for your wedding breakfast however we do allow you to have food trucks on the premises on the evening of your special day.
We have 26 guest rooms able to sleep up to 57 of your guests.
You have access to The Getting Ready Room from 8am and access to decorate rooms from 9am on the day of your wedding!
If you choose not to stay in our on-site accommodation, or if you need further accommodation, there are a number of local options.
