About Skylark County Venue
Skylark Country Venue sits on Shuckburgh Road near Staverton in Northamptonshire, on the edge of the counties of Northamptonshire and Warwickshire, with wide countryside views over rolling hills and open fields. The venue is centred on a versatile barn and adjoining spaces that give couples options for both indoor and outdoor elements of their wedding day.
You can hold your ceremony outdoors on the lawn or in a heated, air-conditioned ceremony room that looks out over the surrounding farmland; both spaces take advantage of the views.
After vows, the barn itself becomes the focal point for the meal and reception. Its adaptable interior can be dressed to suit different colour schemes and styles, and adjoining garden areas offer outdoor seating where guests can socialise with views across the countryside.
Included in the venue’s wedding package is access to the site the morning before your day to decorate and the morning after to collect belongings, equipment for the evening (DJ, disco and dance floor), full bar facilities with staff, a cordless microphone and PA system, 5 ft LED love letters, wedding flowers for the barn, ceremony room and bouquets/buttonholes, chairs and tables with garden and indoor lighting, and support from a dedicated wedding and event manager. A two-night accommodation stay and a car transfer from a nearby hotel back to the venue at the end of the night are also part of the standard offering.
Outdoor ceremonies are possible for an additional fee, and minimum catering numbers apply.
The location is accessible from nearby towns and major roads and is close to local accommodation options, making it straightforward for guests to travel to and from the celebrations.
