About Europa Gatwick Hotel
The Europa Gatwick Hotel, nestled within West Sussex's picturesque countryside, offers a romantic setting for your wedding. Our elegant function rooms host up to 300 guests, providing ample space for a grand celebration. Upon arrival, you and your guests will be greeted by stunning gardens, creating a beautiful backdrop for photographs. Our experienced wedding coordinators will ensure every detail is taken care of, from table arrangements to entertainment. We are just 3 miles from the Airport.
The Europa Hotel can cater for a variety of weddings, with numbers from 15 to 100 for a sit down meal and up to 150 for evening and informal receptions.
Ceremonies can take place in our romantic low beam Silk Suite up to 100 people
There are many different packages to choose from to suit a range of budgets. Our simply classic package is just £1499 for 50 people sit down meal and 100 people for evening buffet. Our other meal packages range in price bands from Bronze, Silver and Gold levels.
For informal weddings we are able to offer finger buffets or fork buffets and these can be tailored to suit your requirements and budget.
All weddings include a dedicated coordinator to assist with the hotel planning of your wedding, and a member of our events team to act as master of ceremonies on the day.
