About Brympton House
Brympton House in Odcombe, Somerset, sits within a 33-acre estate of lawns and gardens, with a Grade I-listed country house at its core. Couples book the estate on an exclusive-use basis, choosing from four wedding options - Bijou, Deluxe, Bespoke or Dry Hire - that take in different combinations of venue hire, food, drink and supplier arrangements.
Ceremonies can be held in one of several estate locations, including the medieval Castle House or the open-sided Temple on the South Terrace; religious weddings are also possible at St Andrew’s Church within the grounds. After vows, guests move to drinks receptions in spaces such as the Great Hall or on the South Terrace, and later to the wedding breakfast in one of the house’s larger rooms. The Ballroom seats up to 228 guests, with the Salon and State Dining Room offering smaller dining settings.
Dining and dancing continue into the evening across the estate, and overnight accommodation is available in house bedrooms and early check-in suites. Parking is complimentary for guests. Across the day, the layout of rooms and outdoor spaces allows celebrations to flow from ceremony to reception and on into the night within the same estate setting.
