About Brympton House
Brympton House is a luxury country house wedding venue in Somerset, offering exclusive use of a Grade I listed estate for every wedding. Just 2 hours 15 minutes from London, it combines accessibility with a true countryside setting, with 33 acres of private grounds and 32 bedrooms on site, sleeping up to 75 guests.
Brympton is designed for weddings that extend beyond a single day. With guests staying within the estate, celebrations can unfold across a relaxed, multi-day experience — from the night before through to the morning after.
Ceremonies can take place in the medieval Chapel, St Andrew’s Church or outdoors within the gardens. The day then flows through the estate, from drinks on the South Terrace to dining within the house, before continuing into the Party Barn for evening celebrations.
With capacity for up to 260 guests, Brympton offers both scale and flexibility, allowing you to shape the day around your plans.

A limited number of spring dates are available at a reduced venue hire rate, offering a more relaxed way to experience Brympton House. This two-night celebration includes exclusive use of the estate, the Brympton Honeymoon Suite, and corkage-free drinks for your reception and wedding breakfast — allowing you the freedom to shape your own food and drink. Ideal for couples looking for a house party atmosphere, with guests staying on site and the celebration unfolding across the weekend.
