Our chefs create menus using fresh, seasonal produce, while our team continues to look for ways to reduce waste and minimise our environmental impact. We ask our couples, guests and suppliers to help us care for the New Forest by respecting the grounds and surrounding environment, disposing of waste responsibly and protecting local wildlife. To help preserve this beautiful setting, the release of balloons, sky lanterns or any items that could cause litter or harm wildlife is not permitted. Together, we can ensure Balmer Lawn remains a beautiful and sustainable place to celebrate for generations to come.
