About Oakley Hall Hotel

Oakley Hall Hotel is a family owned, award-winning wedding venue set within the magical North Hampshire countryside, just one hour from London. With original 18th century Georgian architecture, a selection of unique ceremony & reception spaces and 50 beautiful bedrooms for guests, the wedding day of your dreams can come true at Oakley Hall. You can choose to have your wedding inside or outdoors with up to 400 guests, perfect for Asian wedding

Surrounded by 315 acres of gardens, Oakley Hall Hotel offers a spectacular backdrop to the most memorable day of your life. With 7 luxurious rooms to choose from, and the Woodland Pavilion (our stunning outdoor ceremony structure), your wedding will be a wonderful day remembered by all. Each room has its own unique characteristics with the largest room accommodating up to 340 guests. All have stunning views overlooking the grounds.

With a selection of 47 bedrooms & suites to choose from, there is more than enough room for you and your guests. In addition, the private 3 bedroom Garden Cottage is tucked amongst the woodlands of Oakley Hall, providing the perfect place for you and your bridal/groom party to get ready.

Oakley Hall offers two packages for your wedding day. Both of which include room hire for your ceremony & reception, a three course meal reception, at least one arrival & toast drink per guest, a DJ & dance floor and accommodation for the happy couple the night of the wedding. Not forgetting, a designated Wedding Co-ordinator to be with you throughout your wedding planning journey!

If you are looking for something smaller or would like to personalise our packages, we also offer bespoke weddings. External caterers are welcome at Oakley Hall. Please speak to a member of our Wedding & Events team to find out more.

Asian weddings can be catered for at Oakley Hall, hosting up to 400 guests in the beautiful Garden Pavilion. We work with a number of suppliers to ensure that your special day is perfect. If you would like to find out more about our recommended caterers or would like to discuss our team working with another supplier of your choice, please contact our Wedding & Events team.

Jewish ceremonies and blessings may also be accommodated at Oakley Hall Hotel. Alternatively you may wish to have a church ceremony or marry elsewhere prior to holding at your reception at the Hall.

"My visit to Oakley Hall Hotel was a fantastic experience. With the grand driveway leading up to the venue, it has a wow factor upon arrival. The hotel's staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, and the venue itself was simply stunning. I was blown away by the attention to detail. It is deceiving from the outside just how big Oakley Hall is. Couples can choose to marry in a choice of eight different elegant spaces that are licensed to hold civil ceremonies and partnerships, including Jewish ceremonies and blessings, or outdoors in the woodland pavillion. A really great added bonus there is an attached marquee which can hold up to 350 guests. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was perfect and we even had cocktails made from the local gin business made especially for us. I would highly recommend Oakley Hall Hotel to our couples & wedding planners and would love to return to return in the future."

Yes, if a minimum of 18 bedrooms are required for your guests on the night of your wedding, we would be please to offer reduced accommodation rates. Please contact our team directly for full information regarding bedrooms rates and terms & conditions.

A £2,000.00 deposit along with a signed contract will be required to confirm your wedding. We then require a second £2,000.00 deposit 6 months prior to your wedding date. Your final payment will then be due 8 weeks before your wedding date.

Yes - you, your family and your friends are more than welcome to stay over the night prior to your wedding. Why not enjoy a meal together in the Glasshouse Restaurant before having a good nights sleep and getting ready the morning of your wedding?

Our Sustainability Commitments

Oakley Hall Hotel is committed in all things 'green’ to help reduce our carbon footprint throughout the hotel. Staff awareness and training which can be fed through to guests is key to implementing changes in order to reduce, re-use and recycle. Some of the small but effective changes we have made are listed below. - Oakley Hall Hotel has 2 x 22kW & 6 x 7kW un-tethered Type2 electric car charger points - Recycling all glass, paper & cardboard - Continuing to develop and maintain our own Kitchen Garden, where we grow a fantastic variety of vegetables, herbs & fruit - Use recyclable and compostable cocktail napkins made from sustainably-sourced fibres which are bleached using an eco-friendly chlorine free process. - Continue to email all confirmation, invoices and receipts where possible. - Produce e-brochures to reduce the number of brochures and information packs sent out. - Offer guests access to digital newspapers and magazines from around the world whilst at the hotel. - Use a key card system that will automatically switch off bedroom lights and power when guests leave the room. - Use LED lights in large areas of the hotel with an ongoing strategy to introduce throughout gradually.
