About Cogges Manor Farm

Cogges Manor Farm is home to two stunning 18th century Cotswold stone barns, both licensed for civil ceremonies. Together with the Manor House, walled garden & grounds extending to seventeen acres, there are numerous beautiful backdrops for capturing memories of your special day. A dry hire venue, couples have the freedom to choose every detail and create a wedding that's individual and entirely to your own taste. Both barns and their walled courtyard are reserved for your sole use.

Cogges is a historic farmstead with Manor House located in Witney, Oxfordshire, on the banks of the River Windrush. Witney is a lovely Cotswolds market town with choices of accommodation in walking distance or a short taxi ride away. Located just 12 miles from Oxford, between London (60 miles) & Cheltenham (30 miles), Cogges has ample car parking. Closest rail links at Hanborough & Charlbury.

At Cogges you have the freedom to style your wedding entirely to your own tastes. You may select your own suppliers, including caterer and bar, or we can recommend a choice of tried and tested options. Cogges particularly lends itself to a rustic, festival vibe, with wooden trestles, retro mobile bar and street food vendors; in the courtyard add garden games for family fun, straw bales for seating around fire pits and festoon lighting in the evening. Or switch it up to luxe by adding chandeliers, balloon art, traditional round tables with white tablecloths & dramatic table decorations. This really is a blank canvas - no such thing as a cookie-cutter wedding here!

Run by Cogges Heritage Trust, a charity, income from weddings is vital to ensure this special place is preserved for future generations.
