About Highley Manor
Highley Manor in West Sussex brings together a 19th-century country house and dedicated wedding facilities set within formal gardens and surrounding countryside. On your wedding day you and your guests have exclusive use of the house and grounds, with several licensed indoor and outdoor spaces for ceremonies. Civil ceremonies can take place in spaces such as the Great Hall or Baronial Hall, or outside in the pavilion area directly overlooking the surrounding landscape.
A spacious Getting Ready Room sets the tone for the day, offering room for preparations and photographs with your wedding party before vows are exchanged. After the ceremony, guests typically move into the Great Hall or onto the patio for drinks and canapés before sitting down to a three-course wedding breakfast in the Ballroom, which also becomes the space for evening celebrations with dancing.
Accommodation is woven into the experience with 18 uniquely styled bedrooms for guests plus a dedicated honeymoon suite for your first night together. Rooms continue the house’s character and allow guests to stay on-site rather than travelling after the celebrations. Packages include exclusive use of the venue, furniture and linen, catering from drinks and canapés through to a wedding breakfast and evening refreshments, as well as a resident DJ and other inclusions such as glassware and a cake stand.

Yes! We are licensed for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies! The Pavilion, overlooking the gorgeous Sussex Downs is the perfect spot for your outdoor ceremony.
You have access to The Getting Ready Room from 8am and access to decorate rooms from 9am on the day of your wedding!
We have an amazing in-house catering team providing top quality food for the day of your wedding. Due to this, we do not allow external caterers for your wedding breakfast however we do allow you to have food trucks on the premises on the evening of your special day.
Yes, we have a beautiful honeymoon suite and getting ready room at our venue. And even better... these are both included in your wedding package!
We have 18 guest rooms able to sleep up to 44 of your guests.
If you choose not to stay in our on-site accommodation, or if you need further accommodation, there are a number of local options.
