About Highley Manor
Highley Manor is a beautiful wedding venue licensed for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies. Our comprehensive packages include lots for you, leaving you with less to think about when you book! We have a stunning Honeymoon Suite included for you in your package as well as an additional 18 guest rooms, able to sleep up to 44 of your guests.
From the moment your guests arrive at Highley Manor, they’ll feel the charm and elegance of this stunning venue. The Baronial Hall is a beautiful spot for saying “I do,” with space for up to 86 guests to share in your special moment. Prefer an outdoor ceremony? The Pavilion, overlooking the rolling Sussex Downs, offers a dreamy setting to exchange vows in the sunshine before capturing stunning wedding photos in the grounds.
After the ceremony, your guests can unwind with drinks in the Great Hall or on our large patio overlooking the stunning Sussex countryside while you make the most of the beautiful surroundings for photography.
For your reception, the bright and airy Ballroom sets the perfect scene - whether it’s an intimate meal for 86 or an evening celebration with up to 200 guests.

Yes! We are licensed for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies! The Pavilion, overlooking the gorgeous Sussex Downs is the perfect spot for your outdoor ceremony.
You have access to The Getting Ready Room from 8am and access to decorate rooms from 9am on the day of your wedding!
We have an amazing in-house catering team providing top quality food for the day of your wedding. Due to this, we do not allow external caterers for your wedding breakfast however we do allow you to have food trucks on the premises on the evening of your special day.
Yes, we have a beautiful honeymoon suite and getting ready room at our venue. And even better... these are both included in your wedding package!
We have 18 guest rooms able to sleep up to 44 of your guests.
If you choose not to stay in our on-site accommodation, or if you need further accommodation, there are a number of local options.
