Our nationwide Customer Service Awards celebrate wedding businesses across the UK that have gone above and beyond for couples throughout the year. The 2026 awards took place on Wednesday 18th March at Oxford Town Hall, recognising outstanding service based on reviews shared by real couples during 2025.
When booking your wedding venue and suppliers, choosing trusted businesses with a strong track record of customer care can make all the difference. Every business taking part in the awards is nominated, shortlisted and judged based on their reviews on Guides for Brides, making these awards a genuine reflection of the experiences real couples have had.
As we reveal the 2026 winners, we also want to raise a glass to all the businesses recognised this year - including those who were highly commended and shortlisted as finalists. Being acknowledged for customer service in such a competitive industry is a huge achievement.
Our Customer Service Awards evening was also a fundraiser for our charity partner, Thames Valley Air Ambulance, and we would like to thank everyone who supported this wonderful charity.
