Hi I’m Jackie, Celebrant, public speaker, writer, storyteller, dreamcatcher! Covering all of Yorkshire and some neighbouring areas, I'll craft a unique wedding, handfasting, blessing, elopement, commitment or vow renewal ceremony which tells a little of your love story so far and is true to your style. As an ex-Registrar I can advise you on how to complete the legalities and I can perform your deeply personal ceremony in any location, for any size of gathering. ‘I Do’ Your Ceremony, your way!

A former Registrar, I advise you on how to complete the legalities without settling for an 'off-the-shelf' Civil Marriage ceremony restricted to licensed venues, an unknown officiant, no rehearsal and with prescribed content.
With a bespoke Celebrant alternative, the options to fulfill your vision are endless! It can be anything from a lively gathering at a hotel, stately home, castle, barn or marquee, to an intimate, private ceremony in a garden, a tipi, pub, woodland, beach or special location with your nearest and dearest. The format, content, symbolic rituals, location and start time are flexible, according to your wishes.

I'm passionate about how I create your ceremony. I listen to your vision, what you share of your love story (so far!) - how you met, your relationship, funny habits, what marriage means to you, and everything in-between! This authentic story is woven into your ceremony, told in a way that suits your personalities. Together we craft a celebration of love as you commit to each other, with sincere vows and exchange of rings.

An accomplished speaker, award-winning, qualified and insured Civil Celebrant, my focus is to get to know you and put you at ease. A dressed-down rehearsal is included in my fee, so you approach your 'big day' calm and serene!
