Leez Priory is a historic Tudor manor house set around a central courtyard in the Essex countryside, with red-brick architecture and Gothic-inspired spaces that reflect its origins as a priory and later a 16th-century mansion. The estate sits within 40-acres of extensive grounds that include lawns and lakes, and it is offered on an exclusive-use basis for weddings.

Couples can choose from multiple licensed ceremony settings, including the Great Tower, interior spaces such as the Great Hall, or outside before the carriageway in the courtyard. The Great Hall and the converted Coach House both serve as reception spaces where a wedding breakfast can be held beneath vaulted wood-beam ceilings and Gothic windows. After dining, celebrations can continue in the venue’s bar and disco area, which accommodates larger evening gatherings.

Leez Priory is staffed with dedicated event planners who work with couples on dining arrangements and finer details, and the manor’s in-house culinary team creates bespoke menus using fresh, local produce. The house’s historic character and variety of spaces allow couples to plan ceremonies and receptions that reflect their choices within one estate setting.
