About Rackleys Chiltern Hills
At Rackleys Chiltern Hills couples can plan their wedding day around a restored country barn set on seven acres of landscaped gardens and grounds in the Chiltern Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The barn itself is light and open with vaulted oak beams and a gallery space overlooking the main event area.
Civil ceremonies take place in the barn, and couples can also work with the dedicated event team and the Absolute Cuisine catering team to shape how the day flows from ceremony through to wedding breakfast and evening reception. A courtyard and lawn area extend the barn space, with garden furniture and a wildflower meadow beyond, creating outdoor space for mingling or photos. From the early morning preparations through to the dinner and speeches, couples have exclusive use of the venue and grounds.
For couples and guests who wish to stay on site, Rackleys Farmhouse sits in the courtyard and dates back to the 1730s. It comprises six individually designed en-suite bedrooms arranged for up to twelve adults, all with super king-sized beds and one room equipped for guests with mobility needs, and includes a communal breakfast area. Practical arrangements, such as car parking for around 64 cars and heating and air conditioning throughout the barn, are included in the venue hire.
