About Easthampstead Park

Easthampstead Park sits within 80 acres of Berkshire countryside and is a Grade II listed Mansion House dating from 1864 with gardens and lawns that shape the backdrop to its wedding celebrations. Couples can choose where their civil ceremony takes place, with licensed capacity for up to 110 guests across settings including the Wedding Pavilion, the Downshire Ballroom or the Terrace for an additional charge.

If weather affects plans, an indoor space within the mansion is always ready to be used. Ceremonies may be followed by a drinks reception on the terrace or in the bar before guests move into the Downshire Ballroom for the wedding breakfast and speeches. The eBrochure shows that spaces such as the Tawney Room, Orangery and private bar form part of the layout used for receptions and celebrations. Wedding days commonly include a three-course meal, reception drinks, use of Chiavari chairs and table linen, and support from an events manager. A honeymoon suite is provided for the couple on the night of their wedding as part of the Classic Wedding Collection.

Beyond individual rooms, the venue also offers the option of exclusive use. This includes access to the King Suite, Downshire Ballroom, Tawney & Orangery, Pavilion and Fountain Gardens, main hotel restaurant and bar, and use of all 93 bedrooms from midday until midnight on the day of the wedding if booked under exclusive use terms. Easthampstead Park’s setting, historic character and range of ceremony and reception spaces shape how wedding days unfold there, with choices for both smaller gatherings and larger celebrations supported by a sequence of spaces across the mansion and grounds.
