Ardington House is a beautiful Georgian building with 30 acres of gardens and a private lake all offered to you on an exclusive use basis. Located in South Oxfordshire, this private estate has beautiful gardens, perfectly manicured lawns and its own island for your unique ceremony, making it an idyllic setting for your wedding day.
We are licensed for wedding ceremonies, which can take place in the house itself or outside on the beautiful Temple Island. The Imperial Hall and South Lawn are the perfect spots for reception drinks and our elegant lakeside marquee is ideal for your wedding breakfast and evening celebrations.
Our lakeside marquee has a dining area with the capacity to accommodate 200 guests and is beautifully finished with chiffon draping, chequered dance floor and more enabling you to create the perfect celebratory atmosphere with panoramic views facing onto the Georgian House, lake and gardens.
Our event manager will be on hand to offer help and advice with the planning and to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.
Ardington House has excellent transport links, only 25 minutes from Newbury and Oxford, 75 minutes from central London and 45 minutes from Heathrow airport.
