We have an extensive wine list and an experienced Bar Manager who can advise couples on wine and beverage selections. As a rule, we do not permit our couples to supply any of their own drinks.

We have an exceptional team of in-house Chefs who create our incredible menus. If you choose a Farnham Castle Menu, you will be invited to a menu tasting experience. If you wish to offer something specific that our chefs cannot create and you therefore require a dry-hire of the Castle, we can work with your own caterer or recommend a caterer to you.

The bride and her bridal party may access the private Gatehouse from 8am to start getting ready. Our alternative preparation room, The Pembroke, is also available from 9:30am. Wedding suppliers are granted access from 10am on the morning of a wedding. If the Castle is available, there may be the option to have a pre-stay, and rehearsal dinner the night before your wedding.

Receptions can finish at midnight, or we can offer an extension of a Late Bar to 1am should you wish the party to continue.

We do have a sound limiter in place, however a band/DJ in our Great Hall cannot be heard by neighbouring premises and we therefore do not limit noise levels in the Great Hall except for the well-being of your guests.

Yes, we do allow candles during the ceremony and dining, however, these must be contained within a glass casing.

Our stunning Honeymoon Suite, The Guildford, is an elegant suite with a super-king bed, a king-size bathroom, (with slipper bath) and large shower-room with rain shower. It also boasts sofas, Nespresso Coffee, and incredible views over the Castle grounds and the historic town of Farnham.

Yes - we offer 33 comfortable en-suite bedrooms perfect for your wedding guests. These come with an amazing breakfast served in our Library the following morning, to include a Farnham Castle 'Full English'.

As Farnham Castle is located at the top of Castle Street in the town of Farnham, there are several hotels very close by (a 5-minute walk) for your guests who aren't lucky enough to be staying at the Castle.
